Four elevators share this hoistway structure somewhere in France...I think!
lebras from France was kind enough to provide the following information:
"Four Otis observation cars in "Arche de la Defense" building in La Defense, a business area near Paris.
This square shaped building was designed by a Danish architect Otto von Sprekeelsen.
It was erected to close the sight starting from Le Louvre, crossing the Arc de Triomphe in western direction."
